Iâm honestly a bit confused by this product. Before my initial purchase, I read the reviews, which seemed informative and provided a solid overview. I bought it for my 8-year-old nephew over the holidays, and he loved it, just like many other kids mentioned in the reviews. However, the watch was defective. One of the three buttons used to set and operate it was stuck in the down position and wouldnât budge. Additionally, I found the watch unnecessarily complicated to set up and use; itâs hard to believe there isnât a simpler option available. I returned it but found it out of stock. I reordered and received the replacement on January 7th, a few days earlier than anticipated. However, the packaging was terrible. The first watch arrived in just the box with a label slapped on, ruining the artwork. The second one came the same way, but with the flap outside and only a piece of tape to seal it. Very disappointing presentation. The price also feels a bit high for the quality of the toy. Ultimately, my nephew enjoyed it, which is what matters most, but the company should really take these points into consideration to improve what could be a successful product.
